Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Six Senses Kanuhura

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Six Senses Kanuhura, I will play a pivotal role in supporting the resort's Sales & Marketing initiatives. My responsibilities will include coordinating activities, managing schedules, organizing fam trips, conducting site inspections, and preparing impactful marketing materials.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating daily operations and activities.
• Organize and schedule familiarization (fam) trips for travel agents, DMCs, and journalists, ensuring seamless execution.
• Conduct site inspections and presentations in English for travel agents, DMCs, and journalists.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Manage communication and correspondence with partners and clients.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating itineraries, and maintaining records.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications

To execute the position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in reservations, guest management, or sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to conduct professional site inspections and represent the resort with confidence and expertise.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask in a remote island environment.
