Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute F&B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all outlets
Drive private events and third-party collaborations to enhance visibility and generate incremental revenue
Develop strategies to secure and maintain preferred hotel status for global accounts, optimising revenue contribution across all Singapore hotels
mplement sales action plans for assigned markets and account portfolios
Identify and convert F&B group bookings and private event leads by negotiating attractive yet profitable packages to meet sales targets
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
Monitor, analyse and report variations from the budget
Make group pricing decisions upon consultation with F&B Operation Manager, Director/Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing
Work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing, Director/Assistant Director of Sales to ensure team productivity and alignment on sales strategies, and effective execution of F&B in initiatives
Work closely with Marketing team on promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events
Represent the hotel at networking events, industry tradeshows, and client meetings to build relationships and secure business
Maintain a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation
Coach junior colleagues by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
Regularly communicate with colleagues and maintain good relations
Coordinate with F&B operations to ensure seamless delivery of group dining and events
Represent the hotel at networking events, industry tradeshows, and client meetings to build relationships and secure business
Meet with key clients, organisers, and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Establish and maintain updated client and mailing lists
Manage and grow key accounts to maximise revenue contribution and monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay commercially competitive
Produce monthly Sales reports and forecasts
Plan and execute sales trips to major market areas
Produce SMART plans for monthly review
Oversee marketing material approvals (menus, collaterals) and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Work closely with Marketing to track and consolidate pricing, promotions, and campaign information across F&B platforms (website, third-party sites, internal systems)
Assist in preparing sales briefs and ensure creative deliverables meet deadlines and standards
Provide post-mortem summaries for events and campaigns with key metrics and performance insights
Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and F&B promotions to maintain competitiveness
Manage key accounts
Requirements
At least 4 years of related experience
Possess good market knowledge
Proven sales track record
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of F&B operations, sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Team player and excellent written and spoken communication skills
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment
Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
