Your day to day 

 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:  

leading the operations of your designated F&B outlet.  

ensuring profitable F&B operations.  

achieving outlet business goals.  

accurately forecast business demands. 

Working with the team to develop & execute the marketing plan. 

Ensure the manning schedule is up to date 

Overseeing regular preventative maintenance and maintain outlet safety and sanitation all in accordance to the hotel and brand standards. 

Managing your team members' performance, identify training needs, develop and deliver the relevant training for supervisors and team members in an effective way to maximize guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable them to achieve their career goals. 

 

What we need from you 

 

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following: 

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in an international chain hotel. 

Ability to plan, delegate, lead and motivate a team. 

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with great attention to detail. 

Developed business acumen to understand budgets, forecasting, staffing levels and customer satisfaction. 

Flexible and adaptive working approach. 

A collaborator with a friendly and professional persona. 

Mature and professional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
