A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase room revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor room availability and make adjustments to room rates as needed.
- Train and supervise reservation agents to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel packages and special offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in reservations or front office management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in hotel reservation software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
