We are seeking a Repair and Maintenance Supervisor who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will oversee and perform repair, maintenance, and finishing works across the resort, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You’ll lead a team of technicians responsible for painting, polishing, construction, and general repair works — ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and beautifully maintained in line with IHG’s commitment to True Hospitality for Good.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality or facilities environment.

Skilled in repair and painting of walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures using enamel or latex finishes.

Experience in construction work, including partitioning and installing false ceilings.

Proficient in painting and polishing doors, windows, wood paneling, and furniture.

Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, varnishing, or refinishing to match existing finishes.

Competent in repairing damaged surfaces, including concrete, plaster, tiles, stonework, and marble.

Hands-on experience in hotel maintenance, including property expansions and preventive maintenance in guest rooms.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe work practices.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining the resort’s high standards of appearance and functionality.
