In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of my department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously review and improve presence and visibility across all selling channels.
- Identify, recommend, and drive initiatives to increase production and contribution from all distribution channels.
- Review competitive sets on a regular basis and identify selling strategies and market trends.
- Prepare weekly forecast reports and conduct and lead weekly forecast meetings.
- Take a leading role in the annual preparation of the rooms revenue budgets as well as the annual rate preparation.
- Develop an overall pricing strategy along with the Commercial Director to ensure all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the respective property business requirements and growth.
- Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret market data and trends for informed decision-making.
- Proactively drive the properties to maximize revenues via revenue management strategy and distribution channel management by optimizing presence across all distribution channels.

Qualifications
- To execute the position of Regional Revenue Leader, I have the required qualifications. Technical skills include Advanced MS Office, plus I am also familiar with various hotel systems, including extensive Opera Property Management System (PMS) knowledge, extensive understanding of CRS's, and related distribution platforms such as SiteMinder and OTA Insight modules.
- Minimum of 5 years in revenue management within the luxury resort or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in revenue management tools and property management systems (e.g., Opera).
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
