根据洲际酒店集团的政策和程序，在财务总监的指导下工作，负责将酒店商业计划转变成酒店实质性的服务需要，计划并执行物品的存储与分发。围绕洲际集团及其品牌的核心价值，促进企业文化的发展以及其品牌主张。
岗位职责：
1.比较供应商产品及报价。
2.确保所有的发票在上交前附有相应的经过正式批准的文件。
3.与外部公司保持良好的沟通交流，确保及时准确的提供物品和服务。
4.核对每周采购记录。
5.核对供应商报表，建立记录，并跟进差异。
6.月末计提应付定期供应商的未付款项。
任职要求：
1.坚持遵守洲际酒店集团公司的管理规定、员工手册及酒店政策。
2.与所有的客人建立并保持良好的关系以超越满足客人的需要。
3.寻求双赢的解决方法， 采取一致行动解决问题。
4.通过商业价值与方向的清晰沟通鼓励员工做出优秀的业绩，认可良好的业绩表现并提供管理支持。
5.5年以上奢华品牌工作经验，至少2年同岗位工作经验。
