In this role, I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all. My duties and responsibilities will include:

Complete required departmental reports.   

Organize and help to create content for social media including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.  

Review and analyze along with Marketing Executive social media insights and analytics.  

Support in creating media and content showcasing the resort for special events and social media including photography and video.  

Responsible for the hotel internal quarterly newsletter.  

Support in creating promotional material for the hotel on specific occasions.   

Help maintaining and updating the resort internal tv channels to showcase promotions and exclusive content.  

Help in the translation of documents for sales & marketing.  

Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.  

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.  

Assist in the review of work methods and procedures in the department.   

Be completely familiar with all the resort inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each room as well as all guest and public facilities.    

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene. 

Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements. 

Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job. 

Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. 

Upsell all resort facilities and activities. 

Attend meetings and training as required. 

Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards. 

Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.
