As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of social media and marketing duties which includes but is not limited to executing the plans and strategies as directed by the Director of sales & Marketing. Responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided to the social media and marketing accordance with the approved marketing strategy.

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization)/SEM (Search Engine Marketing), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator))
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Wears uniform with pride and honor
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a marketing team
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
- Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English
- Must speak local language(s)
