So, we’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who fosters learning culture at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, creates and manages learning and development curriculum which enables our associates to bring the best out of themselves and deliver truly memorable experiences to our guests and associates.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Building learning and development curriculum for the hotel
- Designing and delivering effective learning and development initiatives to each service standard and drive continuous improvement in the guest and employee experience
- Collaborating with department heads to evaluate programme effectiveness and to ensure training objectives are met
- Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest and employee experiences
- Supporting the human resources team to administer an annual team member satisfaction survey and follow up actions
What we need from you
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management, or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team, with at least 2 years at managerial role
- Proactive, creative and dynamic to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong training facilitation skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing; speak other languages is an advantage
