Purpose of Role: To provide support across a range of development activities by working closely with the Development team based in Singapore.
Key Accountabilities:
- Compilation and preparation of competitive intelligence and data analysis including signings and openings across the South East Asia & Korea (“SEAK”) region
- Pitch decks
- Assist with the management of Development data in systems
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, special projects, case studies and presentations requests, and status updates of development projects
- Data analytics
- Competitor review and analysis
Education: Undergraduate in Business Management or Hospitality
Experience: Prior internship experience within another Hotel Management Company, Consulting and/or Real Estate advisory firms
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills
- Conscientious with an eye for details
- Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency
- Ability to work on projects independently
- Confidence in generating new ideas or ways to approach work assigned
- Detail oriented and communicates progress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a Team Player
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications
