Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering quality products across the digital experience (Mobile, Hotel Website, or Revenue Management). This role coordinates among business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap that addresses both short term and long-term needs. The Product Manager, must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth and change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems). The Product Manager will prioritize and activate said roadmap, ultimately managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology, pivoting as needed in response to stakeholder and customer needs. They will also support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams.
Your Day to Day:
- PMS Configuration & Support: Establish, configure, and enforce IHG standard configurations for PMS and associated applications, ensuring all installations meet our high standards.
- Project Management: Manage the design, development, and deployment of systems and processes, translating business requirements into actionable product roadmaps while setting clear expectations with stakeholders.
- Incident & Problem Resolution: Own incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues, while ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Vendor Management: Lead vendor teams in implementing resolutions and enhancements, ensuring service delivery objectives are met, and providing timely progress reports to stakeholders.
- Documentation & Communication: Ensure accurate and user-friendly documentation for system configuration and support, while partnering with technology teams to maintain clear communication regarding incidents, problems, and planned changes.
What We Need From You:
- Market Expertise: Leverage expert knowledge of the IHG digital landscape and competitor eCommerce websites to identify trends and best practices, ensuring our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Effective Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to present new concepts, research findings, and business outcomes to diverse audiences, including corporate clients, senior management, and industry consultants.
- Program Management: Demonstrate program management experience by organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation, while managing multiple tasks and clients with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to conduct thorough research and utilize findings to make strategic decisions that drive product development and enhance user experience.
- Prototyping & Storytelling: Use prototyping or simulation techniques in product creation and craft cohesive, impactful narratives that resonate with target audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement in all communications.
Location: Remote US (Atlanta, GA highly preferred)
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $123,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
