Every dining experience is a journey. To ensure that this journey is seamless and unforgettable, we're seeking a dedicated Hygiene & Sanitation Agent who shares our passion for excellence. As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our kitchen and dining areas.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.
- Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We need from you:
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
- Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by a local government agency.
- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational , and training abilities.
- Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.
- 1-year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
