Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for all hotel positions in line with approved manpower plans.
  • Manage HR recruitment channels, including Facebook Page, Line Official Account, and job boards.
  • Support hiring managers with interview coordination, candidate communication, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and orientation for new colleagues, supporting a welcoming and seamless start.
2. HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as EAGLE and other IHG HR platforms.
  • Oversee IHG Scheduling Tools to ensure departmental compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and process casual staff payments and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, monthly updates, and documentation for audits.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of colleague engagement activities, CSR events, and welfare programs.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and HR to address employee inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and teamwork consistent with IHG’s brand values.
4. Communication & Coordination
  • Design and distribute HR posters, newsletters, and announcements for internal communication.
  • Coordinate HR information boards, colleague channels, and recognition programs.
  • Support internal campaigns that enhance engagement and promote the hotel’s values and achievements.
5. Systems & Digital Tools
  • Utilize AI tools, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite for creative and administrative HR tasks.
  • Ensure HR digital files, databases, and visual communications are up to date and professionally presented.
  • Support the adoption of technology and innovation to improve HR workflow efficiency.
     

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Knowledge of Basic Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and HR systems (EAGLE preferred), TECH SAVVY.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
