岗位职责/职位描述

Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards

Attends meetings and training sessions as required

Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment

Provide all kinds of information about our services for customers, patience, courtesy, appropriately respond to customer inquiries, meet the special needs of customers

Be responsible for facility inspection, form registration, guest items fill etc

The basic conditions for potential customers to visit the Health Club

Responsible for the safety of all guest services

Manage all staff in this department

Anticipate economic business level fluctuations and makes action plans
 预测业务水平并制定工作计划
Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)

Deliver high quality service to guests
 向客人提供高品质的服务
Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs

Required Skills
技能要求
Holding the national occupation qualification certificate
持有国家职业资格证书
2 years related experience including 1 year experience in swimming pool operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
