工作职责

财务回报: 
协助建立人力资源部门预算,控制费用。 
监管员工与人力配置标准,管理成本。

员工团队: 
制定各种计划促进团队协作,为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境。为年度团队成员满意度调查提供支持并进行管理。 
根据酒店或公司政策,针对经理级员工进行关于递进式惩戒规程、绩效管理流程及相关计划等方面的教育和培训,从而提高工作效率和提升业绩。 
为新员工提供入职培训,并让其了解酒店或公司的标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。 
负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。 
确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准及相关法规。负责对外联络。
 

宾客体验: 
运用有创意的方法来激励、鼓舞团队成员为宾客提供独特的体验。 
抽时间与宾客进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。 
与部门经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。

企业责任: 
提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动。 
确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。负责年度人力资源审查/标准自审。 
对工作中发生的所有问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,及时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险,并通过各类员工关系项目来促进问题的解决。在遭遇重大问题时及时向上级汇报。 
收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。

完成其它分配的任务。

责任范围
此岗位一般是全服务酒店的人力资源职位。如酒店规模较大,可能需要管理几名人力资源协调员。


任职要求
中等教育或同等及以上学历,2年及以上人力资源相关工作经验,或具备其它同等学历及工作经验。接受过人力资源、劳动法及相关领域课程培训者优先。
