岗位职责:

1.提供热情和亲切的对客服务,处理日常的预订业务,根据酒店的目标和工作标准,为客人办理入住登记和结账手续以及其他服务。

2.掌握前厅部操作系统专业知识,掌握酒店标准操作政策和程序方面的知识,掌握洲际会员活动知识。

3.确保所有客人的信息输入到公安局的电脑系统,并在规定时间将信息正确无误的发送到公安机关。

4.提供旅游信息和安排客人要求的其他活动。

5.参加定期培训。

6.在酒店区域内,按标准保持个人卫生和仪表整洁。按照员工手册及相关规章制度的规定开展日常的工作。

岗位要求:

1.大专及以上学历,流利的英语口语以及书写能力。

2.熟练操作视窗系统。

3.形象良好,具备良好的领导能力以及人际沟通能力。
