Thorough knowledge of detailed procedures in operating the service center efficiently

Thorough familiarity with existing extension numbers of the hotel

Ensure that departmental staff duty roster are reasonable and effective

Establishes and maintains effective employee relations

Job qualifications 岗位任职条件：
1、Specialized degree or above, major is not limited;
     专科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、45 years old and below; 
     年龄45周岁及以下； 
3、More than 2 years of work experience in related positions, love their work, have a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility;
     2年以上相关岗位工作经验，热爱本职工作，有较强的事业心和责任感；
4、Have good appearance and service consciousness.
     具有良好的仪容仪表及服务意识。
