Your Day to Day

In a nutshell, as Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for guest check-in in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai. You will ensure that all booking details are recorded accurately, ensure that billing instructions are clarified, update guest folios and balance all transactions at the end of every shift. 

You will represent the Front Office Department in a professional and courteous manner at all times with all guests & colleague interactions. You will perform the shift checklist to ensure accuracy of all aspect of shifts.

You'll report to the Front Office Manager and will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

 

What we need from you

As the first lifestyle branded hotel of IHG in the Middle East, this is a great opportunity for talented hospitality and Front Office professionals to step up in their career and experience a new challenge in a trendy lifestyle brand.

The right fit for this role is someone who has a solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. You should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working in Front Office. 

Ideally, you will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. You will be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests. You will bring with you strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is also highly preferred.
