Directs, supervises and coordinates the activities in Guest Service Center department

Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services
开发和应用相关程序,适当处理进出酒店的电话、传真以及设备和电话线租用及其它宾客服务中心的服务
Investigates complaints regarding the Telecommunication services and the Operators and technicians, takes appropriate actions.

Job qualifications 岗位任职条件:
1、Specialized degree or above, major is not limited;
     专科及以上学历,专业不限;
2、 45 years old and below; 
     年龄45周岁及以下; 
3、More than 2 years of work experience in related positions, love their work, have a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility;
     2年以上相关岗位工作经验,热爱本职工作,有较强的事业心和责任感;
4、Have good appearance and service consciousness.
     具有良好的仪容仪表及服务意识。
