Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Officer to ensure our guests have a memorable and seamless experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, assisting with special requests, and resolving concerns to create a positive impression of the hotel.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and guest service abilities.
Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
