We’re looking for a motivated and confident Front Office Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent ready to grow into a leadership role — or for someone seeking a position with real career progression and development within IHG Hotels & Resorts.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training of our Guest Service Agents
  • Support the Front Office, Reservations, and Overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Step up confidently to assist with leadership coverage when needed
  • Coach and mentor team members to help them shine

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Front Office or Guest Service experience in a hotel
  • A strong communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making every guest feel valued
  • Flexibility to support different shifts, including overnight coverage when required
