Do you see yourself as Front Office Supervisor at Regent Bali Canggu?

A Front Office Supervisor is responsible to orchestrates the guest journey through the thoughtful curation of hallmarks experiences and personalized moments that delights guest journey with us. As the initial face of the resort, they hold the responsibility of crafting the first impression, ensuring that guests' arrival experiences align seamlessly with the hallmark journey expected at Regent. 

Your day to day  

Supervise and support front desk staff.  

Provide training, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service. 

Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.  

Ensure that all guest interactions are handled courteously and effectively. 

Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. 

Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures and manage any operational issues that arise. 

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.  

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, financial transactions, and departmental performance. 

Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.  

Address any issues that impact service delivery and guest satisfaction. 

Monitor and evaluate front desk operations and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement. 

Implement and oversee service standards and best practices to enhance the guest experience. 

 

What’s the qualification?

  • Experience within luxury hotel chains/5-star luxury hotels & resorts
  • Minimum 2 years multi-property Front Office Supervisor experience or equal position.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Opera system.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • High-energy individual with a positive attitude.
