Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will help create memorable experiences by providing excellent service, addressing guest needs, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong communication skills – easy to talk to, able to handle guest concerns and compliments professionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills – able to turn issues into positive experiences for guests.
Fluency in English – extra language skills are a plus but not essential.
Friendly, professional, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
