Your day to day
The Revenue Agent is responsible for supporting hotel revenue optimization. This role involves managing booking data, monitoring revenue trends, and contributing to rate adjustments to maximize occupancy and revenue. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making are essential.
What we need from you

- Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Data Management Monitor daily booking activities and control inventory accordingly.
- Channel Management Ensure consistent inventory and pricing across booking channels (OTAs, direct website) and monitor channel performance for optimization.
- Rate Setting and Adjustments Propose and execute rate adjustments based on demand and competitive analysis.
- Revenue Performance Analysis Use metrics such as occupancy rate, ADR, and RevPAR to analyze revenue performance and provide improvement suggestions.
- Market and Competitor Research Research market trends and competitor actions, and report findings to the revenue team.
- Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and front office teams to develop and execute effective revenue strategies.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or a related field in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity with revenue management systems (PMS, RMS) and Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in business-level English and Japanese
