as a Night Front Office Team Member (Receptionist / Porter)
voco Reading, adjacent to Reading Select Car Leasing Stadium, our modern hotel has thoughtful touches and distinctive design, guests can take advantage and enjoy our leisure facilities with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. The hotel invites you to enjoy the voco Life at the Atrium Bar and the brasserie-style restaurant Le Café.
Your day to day
We are Looking for Night Front Office Team Member who can commit to working full time, 5 days a week (shifts are normally between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am).

You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs within the hotel and it’s extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around this. This is a guest facing role, where you play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience from checking guests in to assisting with guest luggage - every day is different at voco.
What we need from you
- To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
- Previous experience in Receptionist or Guest Relations
- Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
- Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in people focused team and have strong people experience.
