Your day to day

Responsible for all the hotels art requirements;

负责酒店内所有美工工作

Make sure all design and production in line with requirement and standard of group asked;

确保全部设计与出品与所要求的相一致并符合集团的标准；

Keep a file of reference materials related to the design of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas；

保存有关国内外所有酒店的出版物和增刊的设计；

Handle all photos taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage;

管理所有供公关宣传使用的宴会厅或特殊事件的照片；

Update photos of hotel facilities and services;

不断更新有关饭店设施和服务的照片；

Assist in the preparation of Mandarin Press Releases;

协助准备中文发行物；

Control PR photo files;

负责公关相片的存档；

Experience on PC graphics software;

熟悉制图软件；

Appreciate consistency of graphic style and typography;

可鉴别绘画或印刷风格的一致性；

Have at least a working knowledge of and be able to type accurately in English as well as be aware of 

editorial style;

Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated and be able to fulfill demands with minimal supervision;

Execute final artwork;

制作重要美工作品；

Handle all basic photography work required in the hotel;

按照酒店要求处理基本摄影工作；

Update designs for all hotel publications, promotional materials, and art requirements;

更新所有酒店刊物、增刊以及要求的设计；

Ensure close working relation not only within the PR department but also within all departments that would need art service;

与公关部和其他有美工需要的部门保持紧密的工作关系；

The Graphic Artist must coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running operation of the job functions;

保持与其它部门的联系，以确保工作的顺利进行；

The Graphic Artist maintains close contact and rapport with local media;

与当地媒体保持紧密联系；

He/she may be called upon to assist on special mission or replacement in commercial or administrative department of the hotel;

安排协助商业部门或行政部门完成特殊任务；

Help Events team to print name card and related documents;  

必要时协助宴会销售同事打印会议名卡等相应的文档；

Search all major third party website hotel booking engine and ensure Hotel information is updated;

确保第三方网站酒店信息准确无误；

Keep TARs hotel information updated all the time;

确保预订系统酒店信息随时更新；

Handle all distribution contracts;

处理所有分销合同；

Brief and monitor Reservation director regarding rate strategy;

指导监督预定部主管有关价格策略；

Report on key strategic issues such as channel performance, ROI of promotions etc and ensure all data entry and out-put are clean in all relevant systems;

报告主要市场策略相关事宜包括各销售渠道产量，及酒店各推广的投资收益情况并确保交集团各数据准确无误；

What we need from you

University Relevant hotel experience preferred;

大专相关酒店经验；

Have at least 2years working experience in star hotel;

具备星级酒店2年以上工作经验；

Friendly and guest orientated at all times;

友好，始终以客人为中心；

Possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision;

有很好的人际沟通能力；

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace;

在口头和书面上有良好的沟通技巧，并且拥有工作岗位需要的最基本的语言交流能力；

Be familiar with Office tool, Word, Excel, Power Points;

懂得和工作相关的电脑知识
