Your day to day

We believe every plate tells a story. InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is looking for a Chef de Partie, with a palate for serving up truly memorable dishes at Charlie’s Rooftop Bar. Quality and High standard is part of your soul.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

      Preparing the food menu

      Maintain high-profile hygienic standards

      Follow the presentation standard and ensure product consistency meets expectations.

      Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs and adapting food ingredients following food intolerance and allergies.

      Prepares, cooks, serves and stores all the food items produced

      Implement and follow regulations regarding health and safety & HACCP rules such as hotel standards and policies and procedures

      Reporting to Executive Chef


What we need from you

  • Good knowledge of food preparation and products
  • Experience of 2 years or more within Kitchen department in a luxury hotel
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Able to work alone
  • Good communication skills and genuine approach with all staff members
  • Good problem-solving skills that will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Knowledge of English language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
  • Familiarity with SOP’s & High Standards
