Your day to day

You will be supervising the hotel's R&B venues and In Room Dining operations to ensure the achievement of the established food and beverage quality and guest service standards, and the departmental revenue and profit goals.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all Restaurant & Bar personnel during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&B Operations Manager, keeping them informed of any F&B issues as they arise.
  • Organize shift-related documentation, including pre-shift reports, daily training topics, and requisitions for beverages, food, and sundries.
  • Manage workforce on daily basis through the time management system.
  • Ensure that all staff consistently meet established service standards through ongoing training and development.
  • Monitor and assess the service skills of staff, providing retraining and reinforcing food quality and service standards as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-in conversations with team members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Train staff and implement R&B Standard Operating Procedures to maintain excellence in all areas.
     

What we need from you

Required Skills –

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Good writing skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

Qualifications –
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
