Food and Beverage Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including banquets and events, ensuring smooth service and attention to detail.
• Lead and inspire the F&B team in delivering outstanding service for conferences, and corporate events, alongside daily dining experiences.
• Coordinate and manage banquet set-ups, ensuring events run smoothly from preparation to execution.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and development to maintain a skilled and engaged team.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality offerings.
• Address guest concerns and feedback, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and maintaining cost-effective operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in banquets and events will be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both guests and staff.
