As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide recommendations.
  • Help with taking and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support the setup of dining areas, including arranging tables, setting up buffet stations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary items.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the food and beverage industry.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
