To learn and experience how we keep things running smoothly, we’re searching for a proactive and passionate intern for our F&B Department.

Your Day to Day In a Nutshell

Every day is different, but generally as an Intern, you will get to learn all the elements of the Food & Beverage Department. You will also learn how an overall hotel business works.

If you love whipping up smiles with breakfast bites and ensuring every meal is a standout experience, this is your chance to shine! You'll be at the heart of our guests' experience and gain a comprehensive understanding of restaurant dynamics.

You'll assist in various aspects of restaurant operations, from providing exceptional guest service to learning about menu items and food safety. You’ll collaborate with our culinary team, enhance your customer service skills, gain valuable insights into front-of-house and back-of-house functions and have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals.

You will represent the Hotel in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting with guests and colleagues and will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the department’s operations.

This internship provides a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to start their career in hospitality and gain practical knowledge and experience.

If you have a passion for delivering top-notch service, a keen eye for detail, and love creating memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 

You should have an energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality and you should be passionate about people and hospitality. You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible and hardworking. You should also possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as great communication skills.
