● Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
● Directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team capable of catering to more than 1000 people
● Encouraging and addressing guest feedback
● Working closely with the Executive Chef to forecast, plan and budget
● Degree or certificate in culinary arts  
● 5 years’ experience as a chef in luxury hotels and at least 2 years' experience in the same position
● Must speak local language(s) 
● At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
