Your day to day 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:  

• Managing daily maintenance needs to ensure the team is always on the right task 
• Carrying out preventative maintenance programme that creates a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our colleagues and guests 
• Helping to prepare the departmental budget and keeping tight control of expenses 
• Leading hotel renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget 
• Maintaining good working relationships with outside contractors 

What we need from you 

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following: 

• Diploma/degree in engineering and/ or equivalent combination of educations.
• Minimum 5 Years and above of experience in hotels maintenance are preferable.
• Professional certification and license if required by law, Knowledgeable in HVAC, advantaged having ( A0), A1 ) license by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Hand on with in – depth technical knowledge with hotel operations, specifically in electrical fields.
• Must speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
