What’s is the job? 

As a Bell Driver, you will provide essential transportation services for guests, including driving them to and from the hotel, handling luggage, and assisting with various requests. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests by offering reliable and professional driving services. 

Your day to day  

Drive guests to and from the hotel using company vehicles, ensuring a safe, efficient, and pleasant travel experience. 

Assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring it is handled with care and delivered promptly to guest rooms or vehicles. 

Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.  

Assist guests with arranging transportation, such as taxis or rental cars. 

Perform routine checks and maintenance on company vehicles to ensure they are clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety standards. 

Address guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.  

Resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation or luggage. 

Previous experience as a driver, especially in a hospitality or customer service environment, is preferred.  

Familiarity with local roads and attractions. 

Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.  

Strong communication and customer service skills.  

Ability to handle luggage and manage multiple tasks effectively. 

Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude.  

Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly. 

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
