岗位职责：
1. 有效管理餐厅的日常工作。
2. 监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行，督促员工履行岗位职责。
3. 根据营业情况，对服务员进行工作任务分配，确保提供优质服务。
4. 与宾客和厨房保持良好的工作关系，及时向经理和厨师长反馈宾客对食品，服务方面的信息，不断提高餐饮产品和服务的质量。
5. 了解客情，亲自为重要宾客服务。
6. 处理餐厅里发生的问题和宾客的意见。
7. 定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，将结果汇报给经理。
8. 特别活动的概念管理工作。
9. 善于预测市场的变化情况，并在必要时审评运营工作。
10. 管理顾客数据库并有效的加以使用。
11. 和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求
