Your Day to Day

As our Demi Chef, you will be part of a team that celebrates artistry in food and creativity in every detail. You will assist in preparing and presenting dishes that are as visually stunning as they are flavorful, ensuring every plate reflects our hotel’s vibrant personality. From mise en place to final garnish, you will bring care and precision to every step. 

You will support the Chef de Partie in day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain consistency in taste and presentation, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety. 

Beyond the routine, you will have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas for menus, seasonal specials, and presentation styles that surprise and delight our guests. Every dish you touch will help tell the story of our neighborhood through flavor, colour, and creativity.

What We Need from You

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a lively, fast-paced kitchen, ideally within a lifestyle or boutique hotel environment. You should be confident in fundamental cooking techniques, skilled in organization, and able to stay calm and focused during dynamic service hours. 

A genuine passion for food, curiosity to explore new trends, and eagerness to learn from others will help you thrive in our team. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine team spirit are just as important as your knife skills in our kitchen.
