Day Plant Engineer - Six Senses London

Duties and Responsibilities 
As Day Plant Engineer, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 

• Ensure full compliance with L8 regulations, including conducting all required water testing.
• Assist shift engineers with daily tasks as necessary.
• Complete scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage and workshop areas.
• Report any issues or non-compliance to the appropriate hosts.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the engineering coordinator.
• Support the leadership of daily operations, including logistical management, maintenance, and repair of all Fire Life Safety systems.
• Assist with fulfilling guest requests and provide support to all operational departments as directed by the Chief Engineer.
• Oversee the daily management, maintenance, and repair of tasks assigned through the HUB service call system.
• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the property’s water bodies.
   

Qualifications
To execute the position of Day Plant Engineer, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent in engineering and at least 2 year experience in a similar setting. 
• Technical skills include the ability to analyze and design projects, conduct investigations and maintaining full knowledge of engineering-related products and services used in property.
• Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
