To learn and experience how we keep things running smoothly, we’re searching for a proactive and passionate intern for our Culinary Department – Pastry Section.

Your Day to Day In a Nutshell

Every day is different, but generally as an Intern, you will get to learn all the elements of the Pastry Section. You will also learn how an overall hotel business works.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, learning from the best in the business and developing your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

In this hands-on role, you will assist our pastry chefs with preparing and decorating desserts, pastries, and baked goods while gaining valuable experience in a professional kitchen. 

You will represent the Hotel in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting with guests and colleagues. You will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the department’s operations.

What We Need From You

This internship provides a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to start their career in hospitality and gain practical knowledge and experience.

Ideal for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in pastry arts, this internship offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a creative team.

You should have an energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality and you should be passionate about people and hospitality. You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible and hardworking. You should also possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as great communication skills.
