What’s is the job? 

A Concierge is responsible for providing personalized assistance and support for guests with tasks such as arranging transportation, reservations, coordinating deliveries, local information, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their stay or experience. Ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and harmonious.  

Your day to day  

Greet and assist guests with their requests, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. 

Organize and coordinate special requests, such as event planning, tours, or unique experiences.  

Work with local vendors and service providers to fulfil guest needs. 

Offer detailed and accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local area.  

Help guests with directions, recommendations, and insights into local dining, entertainment, and cultural activities. 

 

What’s the qualification?

Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Vocational Certificate or equivalent. 

Service years in the field: 1-2 years of experience in Front Office management at a 5-star resort, preferably with a background in luxury properties. 

Knowledge and skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, familiarity OPERA or hotel booking systems, leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team, a commitment to exceptional customer service. 

Membership in Les Clef D’or is a plus.
