We have an exciting opportunity to join the Culinary team as a Commis Chef at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour. You’ll get to work with one of the best industry professionals, our Director of Food and Beverage Lynn who is passionate about developing talented Chefs.
Show your flair and prepare various dishes for our Restaurant La Bella and focus on the consistent delivery of our Breakfast offering, Room Service, and Conference & Events. Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will elevate each guest’s experience.
By taking pride in your workspace, with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.
What We need from you:
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen ideally in a Hotel environment
- Full time work rights in Australia
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
- Presentation – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
