Your Day to Day for both hotels will include:-
- Develop implement sales and marketing plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.
- We’re looking for someone with a strong hotel and resort marketing experience, with a passion and understanding of digital marketing. You will provide guidance and support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of marketing communications, public relations, digital marketing, and social media initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a people orientated leader who excels in leadership and training, inspiring and developing our team.
- Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
- Oversee day-to-day market activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.
- Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to support our PR efforts.
- Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- Six or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a marketing team
- Must speak local language(s)
- Proficiency in English at a high level
- A passion for career growth and personal development
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training, mentoring, and guiding a team
- Proven ability to lead and execute successful marketing campaigns
