We are seeking a skilled Carpenter who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will be responsible for carrying out carpentry work, conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring all wooden fixtures, furniture, and structures meet the resort’s high standards of quality, safety, and durability.
You’ll contribute to the smooth operation of the engineering and maintenance team by demonstrating technical excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to IHG’s purpose of True Hospitality for Good.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent and/or completed apprenticeship in carpentry, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or facilities.
Strong technical carpentry skills, including the ability to perform inspections, audits, and investigations.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
