Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to commercial & marketing function team including but not limited to meeting coordination, maintenance of organization charts, expense reimbursement in Concur.
- Create new vendors and proceed purchase orders in system and track expense spending.
- Act as a funnel for both STR and GC users, including submit requests for adding/removing STR access; change/add hotel’s competitive set; resolve errors in reports.
- Facilitate hotel-facing conference and activities to establish good communication with hotels.
- Compiles and prepares various types of reports on provided information.
- Provide logistic support to assigned independent internal programs.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Critical Expertise & Experience:
- Typically 2-5 years administrative/secretarial or related experience.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Lotus, Excel, WP, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.).
