Designed with the modern traveler in mind, our hotel features 220 thoughtfully designed rooms. Guests can rejuvenate in our outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. Our all-day restaurant serves delicious Malaysian classics, while the lobby lounge offers fresh bakes and fuss-free Grab and Go options. Our flexible meeting spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests, are ideal for organizing events.

Your day to day 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:  

Promote Inter-hotel sales, in house facilities and Food & Beverage outlets, and hotel Transport options 

To be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest to maximize hotel sales. 

To have a full working knowledge of the IHG Rewards and Ambassador programme and its benefits. 

Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost-saving measures where appropriate. 

Greets guests in a friendly and helpful manner and tries to learn and use their name at every opportunity.  

Maintain a high level of product and local knowledge. 

Focus on the guest needs and go the extra mile. Immediately handles all guests’ requests and promptly follows up to ensure satisfaction. 

 

What we need from you 

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following: 

A minimum qualification in SPM 

Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts 

Able to stand long hours and lift weights of at least 10kg 

Independent and motivated individual with friendly personality
