About this position
Oversee Banquet functions and colleagues to ensure the guest events are executed flawlessly.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Circulates through each Banquet function to ensure guests are engaged and banquet team is executing event to standard and exceeding guests expectations.
- Manage department finances and labor.
- Collaborates with the Director of F&B, Executive Chef and Sales team to ensure all information is obtained to deliver exceptional service and quality event experiences for our guests.
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience
- Must speak local language
- Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
