The Associate Manager, Loyalty Program Delivery will be responsible for supporting delivery & adoption of our core global loyalty program, IHG One Rewards, as well as IHG Business Rewards as needed, with a focus on driving commercial performance for both. Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting core loyalty program delivery
    • Creating IHG Loyalty Program Fundamentals research
    • Work with key stakeholders across Loyalty & Partnerships, but especially with Loyalty Program Management and Guest Experience Shared Services, to support the updating of loyalty/program benefits
    • Support end to end program changes as required
    • Aid in ongoing performance review, including competitive research 
    • Working with ops team to make program easier to use
    • Working with our loyalty hotel delivery team to make program easier to understand and use
    • Managing vendor/Procurement relationships
    • Support creation of regular regional communication process
  • Supporting Business Rewards / B2B across the following areas: 
    • Support end to end changes to improve existing program as required
    • Partner with Program Governance, Commercial, Regional and Guest Experience Shared Services teams to drive hotel adoption of IHG Business Rewards
    • Provide support on IHG Business Rewards marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with Marketing Shared Services, Commercial, Sales, and Channel teams 
    • Support creation of training materials for IHG Business Rewards and educating Global Sales team on IHG loyalty programs 
       

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Hospitality, Communications, Data/Insight management, project management or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience

  • 2-4+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in consulting, professional services or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Analytical – ability to review data and make recommendations
  • Adaptability – able to shift gears between projects & priorities as needed 
  • Communication - Clear, concise and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communications to the needs and level of user. Ability to communicate supportive program details (presentation, analysis) and to present a persuasive proposition or to effectively negotiate a position. 
  • Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead (directionally) cross-functional/regional/owner engagement 

The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $71,500. This is the lowest to highest pay scale; we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than theposted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  

**This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
