We are looking for an exceptional and driven Assistant Director of Sales for the corporate segment who will be instrumental in crafting and executing sophisticated sales strategies to attract and secure high-profile corporate clients. You will report to and collaborate closely with the Cluster Commercial Director and other key executives to foster relationships, identify lucrative business opportunities, and exceed ambitious revenue goals.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

  • Collaborate with the Cluster Commercial Director to design and implement visionary sales strategies that enhance our corporate market presence and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Curate and nurture relationships with top-tier corporate clients, including key accounts and influential decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and engage new corporate accounts and business opportunities through strategic outreach and sophisticated lead generation techniques.
  • Analyse sales performance data, prepare insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to continually refine and elevate our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated events team to flawlessly orchestrate high-profile corporate meetings, conferences, and exclusive events hosted at our luxurious property.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Mentor and inspire sales team members, offering guidance and motivation to achieve and surpass collective objectives.

What We need from you:

  • A distinguished career of at least 5 years in sales in Abu Dhabi market, with a focus on high-end corporate sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships with elite clients and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth in a luxury environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple high-priority projects seamlessly.
  • Expertise in sales and CRM software; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
