As an Art Director on the creative team, you will play an important role in developing global campaigns for IHG Hotels & Resorts, its 19 hotel brands, and an award-winning loyalty program. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and the creative team to craft innovative concepts that embody our brand vision, amplify market presence, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, knows what makes brands and briefs tick – especially in hospitality, and has a passion for data-driven creativity.
Your day to day
- Visual leadership: establish visual direction through a collaborative design process for marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms and placements.
- Develop concepts: from initial briefing to execution, you will create concepts that are on-brief and on-brand.
- Creative reviews: lead creative reviews that champion the team’s concepts, smartly incorporate feedback, drive consensus, and establish actionable next steps.
- Feedback integration: partner with the accounts lead and the creative team to incorporate feedback.
- Quality control: review work throughout the creative cycle – including final delivery – to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and match brand guidelines.
What we need from you
- 4 to 8 years work-related experience in marketing with demonstrated expertise crafting globally relevant campaign experiences that are connected across digital, print, and out of home.
- Tremendous creative skills and passion for marketing work – especially in digital – where you have a deep understanding of digital channel capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate ideas to the creative team, stakeholders, and company leadership.
- Exceptional ability in typography, layouts, grid-based design, and color theory.
- Proficiency in software products like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in creative environments, including agencies and in-house teams.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $ 119,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
