1.确保厨务部的各项活动及标准均与集团策略保持一致
2.领导团队，控制、监测并领导整个饼房的运作；
3.及时分析当地的，国内的和国际的市场及供应商趋势，保证酒店的竞争力；
4.不断创新，提高餐厅的营业率；
5.根据关键的业绩指数，估计成本。
岗位要求
1.具有饼房相关工作经验3年以上。
2.熟悉西饼和面包制作，有一定的创新意识。
